Known for his captivating solo performances and dynamic collaborations, Chris is a seasoned artist who continues to evolve, always expanding his musical horizons. His journey in music began at the age of 16, where he quickly established himself as a prominent performer in the Western Massachusetts music scene with his band, Blue Illusion. Since then, his career has taken him to stages across the country, performing alongside legendary blues artists like Lucky Peterson, Anthony Gomes, and Chris Duarte. He has also had the honor of playing with guitar legend Les Paul at the iconic Iridium Jazz Club in New York City and collaborating with regional blues star Susan Angeletti in Curacao.
In 2013, Chris moved to South Florida and continued to grow his musical presence, performing as a freelance sideman and taking on notable roles such as a long-standing member of the Bon Jovi tribute band, Keep The Faith, and front man for his own modern country band, The Hatch Cats. Throughout his career, Chris has shared the stage with top country acts like Chase Rice and Parmalee, further solidifying his status in the music world.
Today, Chris Piquette shines as a solo artist, performing at venues from St. Lucie to Palm Beach County. His diverse repertoire spans from 60s Classic Rock to current Modern Country and Pop music, offering something for every audience. Whether he’s performing his own original material or taking listeners on a musical journey through the decades, Chris brings a unique energy and authenticity to every show.
