Officers & Gentlemen Live on Veterans Day at Double Roads Tavern
This Veterans Day, Double Roads Tavern is proud to honor the men and women who have served our country with an evening of live music, good company, and gratitude. Officers & Gentlemen take the stage on Wednesday, November 11, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and there’s no better band to help Jupiter salute those who have worn the uniform.
Word about Officers & Gentlemen spreads faster than you’d expect for a band still earning its stripes. Tight horns, a rhythm section that never overplays its hand, and a frontline that sings every chorus like it’s the last one you’ll ever hear: that’s their calling card. On Veterans Day, they’re bringing all of it to Double Roads Tavern.
A Night to Honor Those Who Served
Veterans Day is about more than a date on the calendar. It’s a chance to say thank you to the veterans in our community: our neighbors, friends, parents, grandparents, and the people sitting at the next table. Here in Jupiter and throughout Palm Beach County, many of those who served still call this place home.
At Double Roads Tavern, we believe the best way to show that gratitude is to bring people together. Gather your family, invite the veterans in your life, and spend the evening celebrating the freedom they defended with music that brings the whole room to its feet.
Why Officers & Gentlemen on Veterans Day Just Makes Sense
A band called Officers & Gentlemen on the day we honor America’s veterans is a perfect match. And this group lives up to the name with a performance built on precision, discipline, and heart.
This isn’t a band that plays it safe. Expect a set made for a celebration, perfectly timed for happy hour, and played for a crowd that came to really listen. In a room like ours, with no barricades between the stage and the front row, every horn line lands, every drum fill registers, and the vocals come through loud and clear.
What to Expect from the Set
Fans of Officers & Gentlemen know the drill: originals that build slowly and pay off big, a cover or two reworked just enough to surprise the room, and a stage presence that treats the audience like part of the band rather than spectators watching from a distance.
Pair the music with great food from our kitchen and a cold drink from the bar, and you’ve got a Veterans Day evening that honors our heroes the right way.
