The Soulshine Duo is a harmony-centered, acoustic Americana and contemporary folk-rock act made up of Thia Muilenburg (vocals/guitar) and Nick Fallon (vocals/guitar/piano). Meet Thia Muilenburg
Thia Muilenburg is a singer-songwriter with a lifelong passion for singing, songwriting, and the healing power of music. She holds a master’s degree in expressive therapies and spent over 20 years working as a music therapist, an experience that shapes the warmth and intention behind every performance.
Known for her beautiful vocals and acoustic rhythm guitar work, Thia has been performing both solo and with her band, Soulshine, since 2019. Her music is available on Spotify, Apple Music, and other platforms, including her EP, Full Circle.
Meet Nick Fallon
Nick Fallon is a self-taught musician with a lifelong love of singing lead and harmony, as well as composing and playing on both guitar and piano. Chasing the question of “where do I put my fingers to make the sounds in my head,” Nick’s ear-driven approach has carried him from classical to jazz influences and everywhere in between.
That same instinct — originally developed on piano — led him to a distinctive “lap-guitar” playing style shared by only a few other musicians, most notably Jeff Healey. It’s this unique technique that gives the Soulshine Duo its unmistakable acoustic texture.
